To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAGCOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
